Some of our favorite spots include Beacon Falls Café in Beacon, Heritage Food and Drink in Wappingers Falls, The Amsterdam in Rhinebeck and Essie’s in Poughkeepsie, all featuring chefs trained at The Culinary Institute of America. Come discover the diversity of Dutchess County wine! Taste and tour at some of our award-winners, all while enjoying the picturesque countryside of the Hudson Valley. Our wine trail includes Milea Estate Vineyard, Millbrook Vineyards & Winery, and Clinton Vineyards. If a wine bar is more your style, sample the unique offerings at 1915 Wine Bar. Dinner and Drinks
End the day unwinding at one of our many amazing restaurants. If you’re in hopes of a river view, make a reservation at Shadows on the Hudson in Poughkeepsie. The restaurant offers a progressive American menu with a vast selection of artisanal cocktails. Looking for something with a little more flair, try one of the Maya Café locations in Fishkill or Wappingers Falls.
