Founded in 1935 by a group of railroad employees and local prison guards, the Whortlekill Rod and Gun Club is situated on approximately 82 acres and offers shooting availability to the public for pistol, trap, and archery.

The club facility features an indoor, 10-lane, 50-foot archery range that is well-lit and set up for year-round use; an indoor, FBI-style, 75-foot firing range; a six-station automated trap field with an excellent shooting profile; 100-yard and 250-yard outdoor rifle ranges; and so much more.
