Tour the gardens and Georgian-style colonial brick residence, built in 1939 and the epitome of a country gentleman's estate in Amenia. The property of 1,000 acres of beautiful rolling hills includes a gorgeous formal garden, inspired by villa gardens of the Italian Renaissance, and it is open seasonally. Tours of the Carriage House Museum with 22 restored horse drawn carriages and Main Residence with extensive art and furniture collections, are available by reservation only. 

For 2023, Wethersfield will be open from June through October, and visitors are invited to take a guided tour of the Main House on select Saturdays throughout the season. Guests may also stroll through the estate's beautiful gardens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the season from 12-5 p.m.
