This 3rd generation family farm located in Dover Plains specialized in producing and selling pure New York maple syrup. Taste the delicious difference in Dutchess-made maple syrup, available in the on-site store. Open year-round. Watch for annual special events in March during NY State Maple Weekends to learn about the production process from tree tap to sugarhouse. Taste exciting infused flavors and bring some home to savor later. Annual fall events include "Touch a Tractor" and the Fall Harvest Festival with pumpkins, ornamental vegetables, mums and other fall items available at the store. In December, enjoy Milk and Cookies with Santa weekend events.
