Each of the eight rooms are unique and memorable and reference something particular to Red Hook and the Hudson Valley. They feature hand-selected vintage items, from tiles to lighting, from doors to vinyl records, to art and mirrors. The motel, originally named the Hearthstone Motel, has been hosting guests in Red Hook since 1960. In 2021 new ownership began a comprehensive renovation with the goal of celebrating the motel's history and providing exceptional comfort. The Reclaimed Motel is a throwback to the iconic motor lodge, boasting beautiful views of the Catskills and mid-century modern aesthetics. The Reclaimed Motel is located five minutes from Red Hook and Bard College, 10 minutes from Rhinebeck and Tivoli, 20 minutes from Hudson and 30 minutes from Woodstock and the Catskill Mountains.
