View the five distinctive murals depicting historic occasions in local, state, and national history, including the Ratification of the United States Constitution by New York. This National Historic Landmark was built as part of the New Deal in 1937-1939 by the Treasury Department. Marvel in the architecture of Colonial Revival done in the rough stone of the Dutch settlers of the Hudson Valley. The post office is open to the public Monday through Saturday.  A Federal WPA design building.
