Moonlight Sanctuary is a heart-centric community center devoted to creating nurturing spaces of connection through yoga, sound and community. Its mission to serve as an oasis of remembrance and connection.
Moonlight Sanctuary’s intention is to create and hold loving, intelligent, safe containers for healing. Each container provides a space to listen deeply in order to know oneself and be in relationship with the unfolding path of one's life. Inner knowing and connection to truth comes through deep listening. The practices shared at Moonlight Sanctuary are not only gathering spaces but openings to one's divine nature. It is through this connection with one's spirit that one's truths are unveiled.
Like the moon, everyone reflects the light of one another. In this way Moonlight Sanctuary is truly a center of reflection. You are invited to submerge yourself in the loving field of practice and reflection.
