Restaurant Six (formerly Le Chambord) at Curry Estate combines a French-inspired Hudson Valley seasonal menu with European ambiance and New York State warmth and hospitality. Executive Chef Richard Hoert is passionate about creating a creative seasonal menu highlighting the best food in the Hudson Valley. The Curry Girls have brought a new and exciting energy that is sure to provide a very special dining experience. The wine list is filled with selections from all over the world as well as favorites from the local wineries (for which the Hudson Valley is known). The SS Beverly Bar will be mixing up signature cocktails along with the classics. Enjoy happy hour drink and food specials Wednesday - Friday, 4 - 6 p.m. The veranda offers a beautiful outdoor dining area for a casual cocktail, small plates or full meal.
