Terraced gardens from the Gilded Age designed for the enjoyment of the Vanderbilts and their guests. Visitors will find colorful displays of annuals, perennials and roses, unique garden architecture and, breezy loggias and look-outs from which to enjoy the garden and the hilly landscape beyond its boundaries. On the third Sunday of each month from June 18 through Sept. 17, the Vanderbilt Garden Association’s Interpreters will offer regular free monthly tours from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
