C. Cassis is an all-natural liqueur made by hand from Dutchess County black currants, along with wild honey, lemon verbena and other ingredients. Visit the C. Cassis Tasting Room, located in a colorfully repurposed dairy barn, for a glimpse into cassis production. Sample creative cocktails highlighting this distinctive spirit, as well as a curated selection of New York State spirits, wines, beers and other provisions.
