Bagel-ish is a bagel shop like no other. It was created by Beth George, a co-founder of BYOB BAGELS, a bagel business consulting firm deemed by the New York Times as "one of the world's few - and most sought after - bagel consultants." When you visit Bagel-ish, you will “Experience the Extra-Ordinary”. It is a small retail shop in the vibrant compact city of Beacon, NY. Bagel-ish uses only all-natural ingredients in their shop. All of their bagels are made with a unique sourdough process using specially milled flour with no bleaching agents or bromides. The toppings include Lebanese za'atar, aleppo pepper, rosemary, mixed with extra virgin olive oil, house-made everything seasoning, sesame, Portuguese sea salt, real butter, cinnamon & sugar churros, and house-pickled jalapenos with cheddar, along with daily specials. The breakfast and lunch menus are specially curated with locally produced all-natural, nitrate free smoked bacon and lox, Hudson Valley eggs, kumato tomatoes, house pickled red onions, and house-blended cream cheeses with a variety of sweet, spicy and savory flavors. The cold and hot drink menus include organic coffee, Rishi teas, and more.
