A partnership between Brooklyn Brewery and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park has created The Brewery at the CIA.
With flagship brands such as Cleaver IPA and Mise en Place Wit, this brewery not only teaches culinary students about the beer making process, it produces gold winning student created beers. This microbrewery was honored as NYS Brewery of the Year in 2019, and its beers are available in all the CIA Hyde Park restaurants, plus the Post Road Brew House, The Tavern, and the student center’s The Egg, which is open to the public. CIA restaurants and The Egg are open whenever school is in session.
