Maple Syrup Workshop at Soukup Farms

Calling all backyard sugarmakers! Have you ever wanted to learn more about making maple syrup? You’re in luck!  We are hosting our first maple syrup workshop open to the public.

Participants will learn tree identification, sap collecting and storage, boiling sap, filtering, grading, and regulations for maple syrup. Participants will also be walking through the woods, so be sure to bring good boots and warm cloths.

Class starts at 10 am, with meet and greet starting at 9:30, with coffee and pastries. Lunch will be provided.
