Dutchess Pride Night at The Loeb Art Center Includes Artist Talk with Jess T. Dugan

Dutchess Pride Night at the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center at Vassar College includes an artist discussion with photographer Jess T. Dugan moderated by The Loeb's Curator of Photography, Jessica D. Brier. The event will be held in Taylor Hall, room 203.

Dugan is a renowned photographer whose captivating family portrait, "Self-Portrait with Vanessa and Elinor (2 Days Old)," is a highlight of The Loeb's "Reproductive: Health, Fertility, Agency" exhibition, which will be on display through Feb. 2. Dugan's artwork is informed by their own life experiences, including their identity as a queer and nonbinary person, and reflects a deep belief in the importance of representation and the transformative power of storytelling.
