• Ticket policy: Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant or used as credit toward another class up to 3 days before the scheduled class.
• Pickup and shipping: Your finished piece will be ready for pick-up in 4 to 8 weeks. Shipping options are available for an additional fee upon request.
