Memorial Day Field of Honor at the Home of FDR

The Hyde Park Education Foundation is sponsoring the Field of Honor over Memorial Day Weekend on the lawn at the Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site. The Field of Honor displays more than 200 American flags, each one 3 feet by 5 feet and mounted on an 8-foot pole.

Click here to purchase or dedicate a flag. Each flag purchased can be labeled in memory or in honor of a veteran, a fallen soldier or any hometown hero.

The Field of Honor opening ceremony is on Saturday, May 25, at 10 a.m. There will be live entertainment, as well as activities and games for kids.
