The FDR Presidential Library and the Friends of the Poughkeepsie Public Library District present the 10th annual Hudson Valley History Reading Festival. In four sessions, authors of books about Hudson Valley history will host author talks followed by book signings. Authors scheduled to participate include Leslie Melvin and William B.
