PKX Teen Art Festival at the Trolley Barn Gallery: "Droppin' Jewels"

The Art Effect's third-annual PKX Festival, set for April 18 – 20 at the Trolley Barn Gallery, features a teen art exhibition, a film showcase, a fashion show, performances and more! The Art Effect's mission is to empower young people to develop their creative voice to shape their futures and bring about positive social change. This annual festival celebrates the richness of Poughkeepsie’s community, highlighting its assets, heroes, and the intergenerational creative energy that defines the city.
