Free Yoga at Lilac Soul Yoga

Head to Lilac Soul Yoga for a special pre-opening Saturday of FREE yoga classes, free raffles for class packages and more. Free gifts while they last.

Free classes are scheduled for Dec. 17 at 9:30a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Pre-register to reserve your spot or come 10-15 minutes before one of the classes listed and you will be fit in as space allows.

To pre-register: 1. Visit the schedule portal on the Lilac Soul website; 2. Click "Login" at the top right of Schedule and scroll to click "Don't have an account? Set up in two quick steps" to set up your free account; 3. Check your email for the activation letter. Click on "Activate Account." You will automatically be taken back to Schedule; 4. Read the waiver and submit if requested; 5 Click "Register" next to the class you want to take.

That's it, you're in!

Registration is easy, but if you have any issues at all, please email lilacsoulyoga@gmail.com or text (845) 234-8886. Once you have an account, in the future you will just sign in, click "Register" and you're done. Please be mindful of others who also wish to take a class and limit your class time to one or two per person per day.

Bring your yoga mat, water and any props you like. Some mats and props will be available for your use.

The goal at Lilac Soul is to offer affordable yoga to the community. Class Card specials will be available for purchase that day and for a limited time. Senior, military, first responder and other discounts will be available. You can purchase a five-class pass for only $63 or a 10-class pass for only $108. Discounted prices for a limited time.

The studio is on the second floor in Suite 6. If you enter on the left side of the building, come up the stairs and the studio is on the other side of the door in the center of the hall.
