Take a walk back in time as you tour thehome of the original settlers of the area that is now known as the Village of Wappingers Falls.

Learn about its early history from the Revolutionary War era, with the first owner aPatriot and the 2nd owner a Tory. Hear the story of the Wappingers Tea Party of 1777. Explore the Victorian Era-styled rooms of the Homestead and their displays of local antiquities which reflect the lifestyleof the later generations of the Mesier family.See a portion of the Wappingers Historical Society's collection of Native American artifacts.

Tours are offered beginning at 1pm. Last tour is at 3:30pm. The first floor of the Homestead is wheelchair accessible.
