Cary Institute Hosts Butterflies & Skippers Walk

Cary Institute naturalist Barry Haydasz will be leading a walk on the grounds of Cary Institute.

Discover butterflies and skippers living on the Cary Institute property and learn how factors like season and climate change influence their habitat quality and lifecycle. 

The walk begins at Cary East/Carriage House and proceeds along the nature trails. (2917 Sharon Tpk.) The event will take place rain or shine. In the case of rain, a PowerPoint presentation will be shown. 

The family-friendly program is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
