Treasury Cider was founded in 2016 on the belief that outstanding cider starts in the orchard, not in the cidery. Eco Apple certified and grown exclusively at Fishkill Farms, Treasury apples reflect the Hudson Valley climate and mineral-rich soils from which they come. They are pressed and then fermented slowly at cool temperatures, with little filtration, to create a character-rich drink, rooted in the American cider-making tradition. Founded in 1972, Cascade Mountain Winery features a full line of award winning table wines which can be tasted at the free winery tasting bar or enjoyed at the restaurant during lunch on the weekends from May – October.
