    Treasury Cider was founded in 2016 on the belief that outstanding cider starts in the orchard, not in the cidery. Eco Apple certified and grown exclusively at Fishkill Farms, Treasury apples reflect the Hudson Valley climate and mineral-rich soils from which they come. They are pressed and then fermented slowly at cool temperatures, with little filtration, to create a character-rich drink, rooted in the American cider-making tradition.   2. Millbrook Winery
    Come spend the day and enjoy the Hudson Valley's flagship winery! Tours and tastings of their award winning wines are offered year-round, and special events, such as Harvest parties or Jazz at the Grill take place during the summer and fall.     Established in 1976, this lovely vineyard emulates the small estate vineyards of Europe. Clinton Vineyards combines tradition and innovation to create high quality Estate-bottled wines. Their portfolio of award-winning premium wines includes Seyval single-grape vintages, sparkling and dessert wines.   4. Cascade Mountain Winery and Restaurant
    Founded in 1972, Cascade Mountain Winery features a full line of award winning table wines which can be tasted at the free winery tasting bar or enjoyed at the restaurant during lunch on the weekends from May – October.
