Chili Weather Weekends in Millbrook Winery's Taproom
Warm up the winter months with wine & chili by the fire!
Looking for a way to combine a nice scenic drive with hearty lunch? Millbrook Vineyards & Winery teams up with Millbrook caterer Slammin' Salmon/Gourmet to Go to offer 'Chili Weather Weekends' in the Taproom from now through March. The Vineyard Taproom & Terrace, part of the Winery's extensive expansion in 2016, offers their patrons a chance to spend quality time enjoying the finer things in life: a glass of wine by a gas fireplace and perhaps a cheese plate as an accompaniment. Ah, winter does have its benefits!
With the addition of Chili to the menu, guests have an opportunity to enjoy weekend lunch at the winery by way of trying a different gourmet chili each week. We can’t wait to try the Texas-style Short Rib Chili in February! Check out the creative menus they have planned, and note the date for each exciting new combination to be served up – to you!

Millbrook began in 1982 as an abandoned 130-acre dairy farm by Pebble Ridge chairman and CEO John S. Dyson and General Manager David H. Bova. Winemaker John Graziano joined soon after, and in 1985 their first vintage was bottled; they celebrated its 30th vintage in 2015. Today, the Millbrook estate bottled wine roster includes the highly regarded Tocai Friulano, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc, and produces more than 14,000 cases of wine annually.
Often considered the Hudson River Valley's premier wine estate, Millbrook Vineyards & Winery has been called the “flagship winery of the Hudson Valley” by the New York Times and “a great place to visit” by The Wall Street Journal. It’s owned and operated by Pebble Ridge Vineyards & Wine Estates, a wine group devoted to producing the finest wines of their particular growing regions.
