Raided by Prohibition agents in 1932, 400-acre Dutch's Spirits was once home to the most elaborate illicit liquor-producing operation ever found in Dutchess County - reportedly financed by mobster Dutch Schultz. A contemporary "Farm-to-Bottle" distillery now incorporates the bootlegging bunkers, producing artisanal spirits from estate-grown grain. Year-round tours, tastings, hearty comfort food at The Bunkhouse Cafe & Bar, and Distillery Shop with artisan spirits/gifts.
