Opening: Slated for May 2017
Sneak Peak via Take-Out: Take-out available down the alley and out the side door starting on Saturday, April 29, just in time for Beacon Barks.
Hours: To Be Announced
A casual, modern interpretation of the classic burger joint with a full-service bar, is coming to 184 Main Street in Beacon, NY, with an anticipated May 2017 opening.
Meyer’s Olde Dutch will be owned and operated by Brian Arnoff, chef and owner of Kitchen Sink Food & Drink, a year-and-a-half old farm-to-table restaurant that was recently voted Best New Restaurant by readers of Hudson Valley Magazine.
“All of our Kitchen Sink philosophies about using local food purveyors will be applied at Meyer’s Olde Dutch, with NY state beef and cheese, and local produce – including from our family micro farm in Hyde Park,” said Arnoff. “Our full-service bar will feature a large selection of NY craft beer, locally produced wine and house-crafted cocktails.”
In addition to beef burgers, the menu, eat-in and take-out, will offer lamb, chicken and vegan options with multiple toppings and house-made signature sauces, plus hand-cut fries, sweet potato fritters and salads. All items will be available via counter service and served in open seating and a back open-air patio.
“We look forward to bringing the same passion for food that we’ve provided across the street in our fine dining establishment, but in a more casual atmosphere,” said Arnoff. “We can’t wait for you to check us out – eat in or take out.”
