The Culinary Institute of America

The CIA is the premier not-for-profit culinary college offering bachelor’s and associate degree programs for careers in the culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, and culinary science. Additional bachelor’s degree concentrations are available in the areas of American Food Studies: Farm-to-Table Cooking; Advanced Wine, Beverage, and Hospitality; and Latin Cuisines. THE CIA closes for summer break EOD on Thursday, July 27th and the restaurants reopen on Wednesday, Aug. 23.
