The CIA is the premier not-for-profit culinary college offering bachelor’s and associate degree programs for careers in the culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, and culinary science. Additional bachelor’s degree concentrations are available in the areas of American Food Studies: Farm-to-Table Cooking; Advanced Wine, Beverage, and Hospitality; and Latin Cuisines. Five award-winning restaurants in addition to tours of campus are open to the public. For reservations:  845-451-1015.  

Please note - the restaurants are closed for a summer break from July 27–August 20. They reopen August 21.  Reservations are being accepted for dates after August 20th.
