Visit Sprout Creek Farm, a 200-acre working farm with free range farm animals and taste the artisanal cheeses made in their market. Then explore the charming Village of Millbrook followed by a visit to Taconic Distillery* at Rolling Hills Farm. After touring the facility and viewing the still and racks of aging bourbon barrels visit the tasting room or walk the grounds and relax on the patio to enjoy the scenic views. The Distillery’s store is stocked with local products from the Hudson Valley, including bourbon infused cigars and famous Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.

Visit the Village of Millerton, including the Harney & Sons Tearoom and Irving Farm Coffee before traveling to the 1,500 acre McEnroe Organic Farm with a farm market, cows, turkeys, chickens, composting and greenhouses. Finally, learn how Crown Maple Syrup is made at Madava Farms, an 800-acre culinary and nature destination where you can tour the modern, state-of-the-art sugarhouse and tasting room.
