French Holiday Feast Le Reveillon at The Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America

Le Réveillon is a traditional French holiday feast held on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. The meal is customarily filled with lavish delicacies, so we’re doing the same and preparing a sumptuous meal served with festive sparkling wines. You’ll enjoy a menu of:
