Take a culinary tour of the four regions of Northeastern Italy—Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige, and Veneto. Enjoy fried potato and spinach ravioli, pea and cuttlefish risotto, chicken breast in beer sauce, and almond caramel pudding. Our sommelier will pair three exquisite wines from these regions to complement the meal.
