VIRTUAL: Reel Exposure 2020: International Teen Film & Photo Festival
Friday, May 29 – Sunday, May 31 with Virtual Photo Gallery open all weekend, Live Film Screenings each night at 7:00 p.m. on The Art Effect’s YouTube and Facebook, and Award Presentations on Sunday
The Art Effect’s annual event is an important showcase that invigorates our local community through the arts and showcases the incredible work done by media makers from Ireland, Austria, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and throughout the United States — including films created by youth in Poughkeepsie. Viewers can expect to see a mix of film genres in this year’s lineup, including comedies, dramas, animations, environmental documentaries, and music videos. The new online format allows viewers to share their opinions by voting in an Audience Choice Poll for Best Photo and Best Film. The results will be posted on Monday, June 1.
The festival is created for audiences at least 13 years of age. Pre-registration is recommended.
