"The Secret Garden" at The Culinary Institute of America Student Dining Event
Stroll around the fountain, sipping specialty cocktails and exploring light vibrant hors d’oeuvre. As the evening continues, you will be drawn into the heart of the garden, where the first thing you will hear is the celestial sound of a harp. The five-course meal you will enjoy in this picturesque setting has been created and is hosted by seniors in the CIA’s Food Business Management program, combining everything they have learned in the past four years into one magical event.
Inspired by Frances Hodgson Burnett’s 1910 classic The Secret Garden, students sought food and drink from around the Hudson Valley reflecting Burnett’s passion for truly living in the gardens around us.
