You’ll also get an introduction to the specific cooking methods and equipment commonly used in the region. From pissaladi√®re, patatas a la Riojana, and pane Sardo to tapas and tagine of lamb, you’ll prepare and savor the best of the Mediterranean table—and bring your newfound skills to your own kitchen.¬†
