Holiday Book Sale from the Friends of the PPLD
The Friends of the Poughkeepsie Public Library District will hold its annual – and popular – Holiday Book Sale from Friday, Nov. 16, 2018 to Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018.
The Holiday Book Sale will be at the Locust Grove Historic Estate, the Samuel Morse Historic Site, at 2683 South Road in Poughkeepsie. The sale features tens of thousands of gift-quality books in a variety of genres for children, teens and adults priced at $4 or less. A second room full of individually priced vintage items, rare first editions, collectible editions, coffee-table books, and autographed books will also be available for shopping.
The sale is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17 and Sunday, Nov. 18. Admission is free.
