"Spring Revival" Student Charity Event at The Culinary Institute of America

Spring Revival is inspired by the transition from winter to spring in the scenic Hudson Valley. The event will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre and a four-course dinner that will begin with the tastes of winter and end with the flavors of spring. All proceeds from the event and our silent auction will be donated to Dutchess Outreach and the CIA Side Towel Scholarship
