This multi-award winning wine has consistently been chosen best pinot noir in the Hudson valley. It is refined, with an elegant finesse, and has delightful flavors of cherry, raspberry and cassis.
Poughkeepsie's Sprout Creek Farm Toussaint cheese is made from their own herd of Guernsey and Jersey cows, and has a sharp, nutty taste. The firm cheese is aged 8 weeks before it is served. Fresh cracked wheat Bastogne is the perfect accompaniment for these wines and cheeses, and is baked in brick ovens every day.
